Returns Policy

At Bathrooms Connect, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, our returns and refunds policy is set out below.

Returns Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Conditions of Return

Items must be returned in a re-sellable condition, unused and undamaged.
All original packaging, instructions, and any included parts or fittings must be intact.
We cannot accept returns of goods that have been installed, used, or altered.

Non-Returnable Items

Products with a sell-by date or that are perishable cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or delivered in error).

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning unwanted items.
If the product is faulty or incorrect, Bathrooms Connect will cover the cost of return or provide a replacement at no extra charge.
